5 May 2009 – At the IMPACT event in Las Vegas, Finantix is announcing "Finantix Components for the IBM Banking Customer Care & Insight Framework".
Finantix offers more than 200 functional components which encapsulate rich business logic and best practices in the areas of banking sales and service, financial advice, wealth management,
lending and insurance. Solutions based on Finantix Components help financial institutions understand customers holistically, sell more and service clients more effectively across all available
delivery channels.
IBM worked with Finantix as a key partner for the "IBM Banking Customer Care & Insight Framework" (CC&I) Framework which focuses on helping to solve front office, customer-oriented business problems across the marketing, sales, service and compliance functions. The newly released version of Finantix Components is fully aligned with the CC&I standards and will fit in this service-oriented ecosystem to provide functions such as comprehensive views of customers and households, a rich product catalog, rules to match optimal products to client profiles and tools to build compelling and compliant proposals.
In this version, Finantix components and services can be orchestrated by Websphere Process Server. The resulting processes can be executed on a stack that is built upon open standards, portal and application servers, an enterprise service bus and multiple versions of Websphere and DB/2.
Alessandro Tonchia, strategy director, Finantix, comments: “We are excited to be part of the CC&I program. We believe that composite applications are the way of the future and will supersede the currently prevalent monolithic front-end and CRM solutions. The ability to deploy quick-win solutions, incrementally extend them over time and flexibly redesign processes to reflect changed business requirements, will provide a very compelling business case for CC&I. Finantix operates worldwide and we have recently opened an office in the United States to focus on the Americas and the new technology models emerging here."
