Recruiting at FINANTIX is open to all qualified candidates worldwide.
Selection is based primarily on personal skills, qualities and experience.
Technical diplomas and degrees may prove to be an asset but are not strictly required.
Selection is conducted through a series of interviews and specific tests if required by the position

Personnel is given specific responsibilities according to their skills, experience and position.
Staff resources are typically assigned to project teams led by experienced professionals, to become familiar with company business, working environment, methodologies and customers
Experienced personnel is assigned to every new hire for operative and company level mentoring.
Entry level candidates may be required to pass certification tests after an appropriate training period
   
FINANTIX provides all team members with state-of-the-art facilities, hardware, software, information sources, Internet connections and working environment tools, so that all hires are focused on their business assignments.
FINANTIX observes laws regarding 'protected workforce'.
Laws regarding the privacy of personal data are strictly observed.
Except where noted, open positions are full-time.
Travel abroad may be required in accordance with specific positions and responsibilities.
All travel expenses are reimbursed.
