Compensation model is based on fixed and variable salary, with further benefits depending on level and position.
Depending on skill and position, an appropriate training path is agreed on a yearly basis. Finantix believes that only continuous formal and on-the-job training can keep up the required level of quality.
An internal appraisal and advancement process is applied with reviews at least once a year.
