Standard Chartered Grindlays (Offshore) Limited (SCG) selects Finantix OneWealth™ to enhance its offshore banking, client relationship and wealth management strategy.
 

London, England, 6th August 2003 – FINANTIX, the financial software vendor specialised in component-based, process-oriented and multi-channel solutions specific to Retail, Private and Corporate banking, is pleased to announce that Standard Chartered Grindlays (Offshore) Limited has selected FINANTIX Components and OneWealth™ suite, as the new platform that will support the new bank’s multi-channel strategy and the entire range of Bank’s client relationship and wealth management activities.

OneWealth™ will help the Jersey based bank and potentially all other offshore centres to streamline all client facing business processes from campaign management to opportunities generation, from account aggregation with a holistic single client view to client and management reporting, from needs assessment to full financial planning and investment proposal, from banking services to investment transactions and operations. Once fully deployed the solution will allow Relationship Managers at the bank to fully concentrate all the value of their professional expertise to deepen relationships with profitable clients, servicing a higher number of customers whilst still keeping costs under strict control. All client and wealth management services will be fully orchestrated across all bank’s business channels, such as Internet and Call Centre and integrated with the newly selected Temenos Globus™ backend.
