SEB Live with Finantix Front Office Components

London, 2nd October 2006 – Finantix today announced that SEB Vilnius have gone into live production with an upgraded Front Office Branch Sales solution for Retail bank customers.

Business Driver:
Faced with competitive challenges in a fast growing market, SEB Vilnius decided that in order to improve their ability to serve their customers more efficiently, a new branch based sales solution was required.
In selecting a solution based on the Finantix best practice CRM process components and architecture, the bank is improving customer service, improving sales, and safe in the knowledge that the solution can be expanded and improved as the business environment changes with the accession of Euro, and an increasingly regulated financial marketplace.

Solution
The new CRM solution now provides the SEB Sales staff with the ability to have a complete global single client view, including non SEB held assets, and therefore better plan, recommend and execute campaigns and sales recommendations.
The Finantix solution was launched live to 1000 strong user base, serving over 1 million customers less than nine months after solution selection. This reflects on the commitment of both parties to the success of the program, the quality of the Finantix solution, and the quality of the SEB and Finantix project team.

Audrius Ziugzda, CEO SEB Lithuania, said:
"Thanks to Finantix I can now look forward to making an earlier than expected ROI on my business investment. The users are finding the application easy to use, and the initial numbers are already quite promising.
Given the componentised and strategic nature of the Finantix offering, we are really looking forward to leveraging our solution across different business areas in the future".

Nigel Heller, Director N.Europe, Finantix,
“We are delighted to have SEB as a customer in the Baltics, this project was well run and we again delivered according to the time scales requested by the Bank. Seeing the solution in live production adds another Client that is using Finantix software to gain competitive advantage in their marketplace, and gaining an early ROI helps vindicate the choice of Finantix. We look forward to assisting SEB to further leverage existing, and provide new, components to further strengthen SEB’s commitment to their customers".
