Manager and CRM
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aims to
increase company's revenue growth and
profitability by improving management systems
for sales, marketing, customer contact centres,
field service, depot service and other
customer-facing business processes. When
implemented completely, CRM enables an entire
organization to manage customer relationships
cohesively and more effectively from lead
generation through sales transactions to product
life cycle support. At a first glance,
"data-driven" CRM systems and "business
process-driven" CRM systems seem to provide the
same business value but they are actually very
different in the way they integrate enterprise
business processes. Traditional "data-driven"
CRMs have failed in delivering business
improvements because they only concentrate on
collecting and managing data with little
attention on automation and streamline of
business processes.
Finantix Process Manager has been designed to
deliver a process-driven CRM in the finance and
banking domain providing embedded business
processes and capabilities that easily correlate
data delivery with best business practices and
company's "rules of customer engagement."
Finantix Process Manager components
Process Designer is a graphic tool available to
business people for (re)assembling and
(re)designing business processes and steps
according to specific needs. Available steps are
native Finantix services and functions. Each
integrated, external service or optionally
third-party services is published via SOAP.
Portal Publisher allows the publishing of all
defined process in the chosen application menu
and business portal. A specific portal and menu
can be composed for each application role/group.
Process Tracker is a user-oriented, visible
tracker of each initiated business process. When
the user logs on, the Process Tracker shows the
open and running process and workflow status,
the executed and remaining steps, the priorities
and exception lists.
Control & Journaling is a business
administration tool for monitoring the status of
running processes and workloads helping the
reassignation or the escalation of tasks and
steps. The module allows full track and log of
all partial or completed processes.
Workflow
Engine is the run-time controller of all
processes. It provides the needed information
and data for mastering the execution of specific
tasks assigned to defined users within an active
process. The Process Engine runs and manages
steps according to configuration and rules
provided in the Process Designer module
