Description |
| Business process assembly |
Supported by the Finantix Process Designer, Business managers visually assemble and configure available steps into processes oriented to the business because already integrated with the different Enterprise Information Systems (e.g., legacy systems). The Process Designer allows defining connecting steps, configuring their rules, defining alternative routes for error management (e.g., because
failure an operation can be performed manually), assigning the role that must perform a step, defining the execution of a step and so on. |
| Process publishing |
Business managers publish the assembled processes into the targeted portals to make them available to the
appropriate end user (e.g., teller operator, call center operator, middle-office operator, back-office operator and customers).
|
| Process follow-up |
End users follow-up the processes they have initiated through a dedicated follow-up window that allows them to see their status (e.g., awaiting authorization from another user)
and to perform actions (e.g., execute or delegate the next step, reassign the process). |
| Task routing strategies |
Business managers/administrators define rules to route tasks to users according to the company’s policies.
These routing strategies are based on quotas, skills of the operators and fully customizable policies
|
| Auditing |
Any process is tracked into a journal and auditing features are available through on-line reports that help to better
allocate work and supervise the productivity to identify work bottlenecks.
