PMO Analyst – Singapore

Singapore – As a PMO Analyst you will sit in the PMO department and work collaboratively with project delivery teams to ensure that project management standards are followed, gather and present project data for management review, assist and advice project managers on client portfolio management. UNDERSTAND terms set out in Statement of Work documents 

WORK closely with Project Managers (PMs) in: Providing necessary inputs during project initiation phase; Setting up project baseline plan; Monitoring and controlling project’s scope; schedule and cost against the baseline plan during execution phase; Keeping track of project risks, issues and change requests; Support project closure activities, calculating license fees and getting relevant customer’s approvals for milestones and deliverables; Timely identify trends and remediation actions on above topics when needed 

ENSURE project milestone are loaded into systems and coordinate for invoice issuance 

KEEP track of invoice payment 

ACT as a reference point for time report checking and invoice approvals 

ENSURE project resources record their time properly in a timely manner 

MAINTAIN processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete 

DEVELOP positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training 


Great skills and even greater personal qualities:

EDUCATION Bachelor Degree Holder 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE of at least 1-2 years in project coordination/administration; Exposure to the end to end project lifecycle; Experience of working within a structured project management framework; Experience in translating raw data and its visualisation 

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Good understanding in operating within a vendor environment 

PROFICIENT in Excel and knowledge on any of the Project Management tools (HP-PPM, Clarity, Primavera), Basic SQL Queries 

EXCELLENT prioritisation skills to work in a fast-paced environment but always be firm in sticking to principles. 

LANGUAGE strong English communication skills in written and spoken English 

PERSONALITY Independent with strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude while being able to establish harmonious working relationships with team members
