Pre-Sales Consultant – London

Drive your professional growth through rising to these challenges:

COLLABORATE with the Global PreSales Director and local market Sales team to develop new customer business 

SUPPORT presales activities including responding to RFP/RFI’s and work closely with product teams to design propositions that position our products  

PARTNER with Project and Product stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes and non-functional requirements during the initial and ongoing sales process 

ANALYSE client needs and gaps and recommend best possible solutions in conjunction with the presales technology team that are within the capabilities of the product 

INTERACT with the product and project managers to evaluate new product functionalities and solutions 

DRIVE the sales process through to completion providing technical support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders 

PERFORM and or coordinate walkthrough sessions 

REVIEW and study market changes, keeping up to date on competitor products and developments 


Great skills and even greater personal qualities:

EDUCATION Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields from a well-recognized University  

INDUSTRY knowledge or Private Banking/Wealth Management or Investment Management industries would be best suited to this role, client facing consulting experience will also be considered 

EXPERIENCE in client-facing sales, exposure to financial products and some knowledge of software architecture principles is preferred 

COMMUNICATION Excellent communication skills including a confident presentation style  

LANGUAGE Fluent in English, both written and spoken 

PERSONALITY a strong sense of work commitment and should be able to handle – in fact, really enjoy! – a fast-paced project environment
