London – As a Resource Planning and PMO Analyst you will be working in the project planning, coordination and staffing allocation world. Adopting a highly collaborative approach to your work you will be essential to tracking all project resources in the company, their current allocations and forecasting future allocations based on the project pipeline. THE JOB
Drive your professional growth through rising to these challenges:
TRACK and manage all existing staff allocations within the Professional Services and Product divisions
UNDERSTAND how project teams are to be structured and identify existing and required skills in the teams to ensure successful project delivery
PROACTIVE Identify and escalate resource gaps to relevant internal team members to ensure projects timelines are not impacted
ANALYSE Build and distribute weekly and monthly reports as required by management on resource volumes/skills and distributions
COLLABORATE Work with internal teams (PMO) to enhance reporting, tracking and data to support decision making on all resource related matters
NETWORK Build and maintain relationships with external outsource partners and support the hiring process with these companies
THE PERSON WE NEED
Great skills and even greater personal qualities:
EDUCATION Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields from a well-recognised University
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Exposure to supporting IT/Digital projects in any industry is preferred
TECHNICAL INSIGHT Knowledge resource planning and PMO concepts
COMMUNICATION Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
PERSONALITY Must have a strong sense of work commitment and should be able to handle – in fact, really enjoy! – a fast-paced project environment
