Drive your professional growth through rising to these challenges:
OVERSEE test planning and estimation work & help to solve escalations
DEVELOP and drive test strategy/plan with the stakeholders, as well as take a hands-on approach to implement that strategy
PARTICIPATE and prepare reports for daily/weekly/sprint meetings with the clients
REVIEW and resolves software quality control problems/concerns with clients. Test Reports and other QA or project artifacts to ensure good quality
PRODUCE and maintain templates and checklists, required in the project for Quality assurance
CHECK and verify the testing activities for subordinates – testers or test engineers.
VERIFY testers are involved in project sprint meetings (scrum, daily, review, etc.)
ENSURE the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities.
MAINTAIN enthusiasm of the team and promote positive atmosphere
PROMOTE Teamwork to increase productivity and cooperation between teams
THE PERSON WE NEED
Great skills and even greater personal qualities:
EDUCATION Degree in relevant technology-based subject from a recognised university
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Around 10 years of QA/Testing experience. At least 3 years as a Test Manager
TECHNICAL SKILLS Advanced knowledge in software development lifecycle. Testing activities/tools on automation, performance, change & release, JIRA
DOMAIN Ideally coming from Banking/Financial background; Wealth Management is an advantage
